- Garlic and rosemary roasted potatoes

- 2 lbs. new potatoes (the small, red ones)
- 1 Tbs. fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
- olive oil cooking spray

- Wash and srub potatoes. Cut in potatoes in half.
- Spray a baking dish with the cooking spray. Spray potatoes
- with cooking spray. Sprinkle potatoes with garlic, rosemary,
- and salt and stir to mix well. Bake uncovered for 20 to 35
- minutes at 400 degrees, stirring occasionally.
